Most asked Questions

You can book through our website by searching for homes by city and filtering for your needs. If you have specific needs or want some help choosing a neighborhood, email us at booking@lovelydays.co.uk.

The property manager will welcome you directly at your Lovelydays home to give you the keys and provide you with a detailed tour of the property and all of its amenities. We can help with any questions too about the local amenities. Please make sure you contact your property manager 24 hours before your arrival so we can arrange a convenient check-in time.

Check in : From 4pm –For late Check-in after 10pm an extra fee of 50£ will be applied on your booking. Check out : Before 11am We may be able to accommodate an earlier or later time depending on availability. Unfortunately if we have a guest the night before your arrival an early check-in won't be possible. We advise you to book the night before your arrival if you want to secure an early morning check in.

Because these are homes we don't offer luggage storage facilities on site but do recommend our partner Stasher who offer good value and secure storage solutions.

On arrival we will pre-authorize the same credit or debit card used to make your reservation. When you arrive at the home we’ll also ask the IDs of all the guests. We’ll pre-authorise a ‘hold’ on the card (we can’t accept cash or cheques). The amount is held by your bank until we confirm that no damage was caused during your stay. If you do damage anything it’s always best to let us know before you leave. And once you depart, if we find any damage, we’ll get in touch immediately.

We do not provide a daily housekeeping service however we can arrange extra towels, bed linens, blankets and toiletries by just contacting your property manager . If you wish to get extra cleaning then we can provide this for per hour on a minimum of a two hour booking. Personal valet, fridge filling, flower services laundry and dry cleaning services are all available via the Lovelydays concierge at ChameleonAccess

We can provide an extra bed or air mattress if you need it.

We love hosting families! We can provide cribs and high chairs for free. If you wish to rent a stroller or enquire about our fantastic range of kids activities in London our concierge team would be happy to assist at ChameleonAccess

All the Lovelydays properties come with these amenities.

We provide items ranging from cooking ustensils to dinnerware to prep materials. We also provide basic condiments such as olive oil, salt, and pepper. Our concierge team can also provide a pre-arrival or daily fridge filling service (we are allergen aware), access to our wine club for immediate delivery and if required a wide range of pre-booked private chefs - all available at ChameleonAccess
